Definitely Hindi Language is older than Urdu. The

reason to this is, Urdu language came into picture only when Mughals came to India.
The courtiers of high rank and the mughal kings used to speak Persian while the locals (ppl of india) used the normal language , hindi.
Slowly and gradually a mizx of two languages, i.e., Persian and Hindi, emerged and was called Urdu.
the name 'Urdu' in Persian means 'Foriegn'.
